You can also help by not inviting friends, family, or anyone to help carry brochures. This event is for travel advisors only. A travel agency business card with your name pre-printed on it is required to be admitted.
Adhering to these guidelines helps us ensure we have space for every travel advisor who would like to attend.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Supplier Seminars*
4:30 PM - 6:15 PM - Registration and Tradeshow
6:15 PM - 8:00 PM - Dinner, Mini Presentations and Prize Giveaways
8:00 PM - Grand Prize Drawing - $200 Prepaid Credit Card - for ASTA Members
You must give each supplier a business card to be eligible for their prize.
Please bring a minimum of 50 business cards with your name and agency name preprinted on them.
* Seminars:
Seminars will be offered as an enhancement to the trade show. Seminars are first come, first serve on the night of the show. Due to the seminar room size, only 50 seats will be available. We will have plenty of space at the trade show though! Please limit yourself to your top one or two favorites so we have enough room for everyone to attend a seminar. Thank you for understanding.
* The seminars will be filmed and a link to view them will be sent out within a week of the shows. *
Note: At the shows we will be taking up a collection of unopened toiletries from your vacations. Your support will help families at the local Salvation Army. More Information.
