2018 AIHEC Summer Board of Directors Meeting

The 2018 AIHEC Summer Board of Directors Meeting will be held at Ilisagvik College in Barrow, AK on June 27 and 28, 2018. The AIHEC BoD meeting will convene from 9:30 am - 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 27. The first Executive Session takes place Wednesday afternoon. The second Executive Session occurs Thursday morning. The Nalukataq Whaling Festival begins at noon on Thursday To accomodate participating in the festival, Thursday afternoon and evening are open for full participation.

Please note:  It is very important to register ALL participants for this meeting. Each TCU may bring up to TWO participants without incurring a registration fee. The AIHEC Board of Directors approved a motion at the 2016 fall meeting to implement a registration fee for each additional participant beyond two per TCU.  A registration fee of $150, to help cover the costs of meals provided, will be assessed for participants over 2/TCU. TCUs registering additional participants will receive an electronic invoice upon registration.
