2019 AIHEC Spring Board of Directors Meeting

The 2019 AIHEC Spring Board of Directors Meeting will be held at the Red Lion Hotel in Billings, MT on March 14-16.  On Thursday, March 14, the Research and Executive committees will meet, along with the Athletic Commission. The Research Committee will host the NCAI Tribal Reserach Future Games from 12-3 pm followed by the regular committee meeting from 3-5 pm. We would like to invite any interested individuals to attend the NCAI Tribal Research Future Games. The Athletic Commission will meet from 3:00 pm-5:00 pm and the Executive Committee will meet beginning at 5:30 pm. All other committees will meet Friday, March 15. The AIHEC Board of Directors meeting will convene from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturday, March 16.  

Please note:  It is very important to register ALL participants for this meeting. Each TCU may bring up to TWO participants without incurring a registration fee. The AIHEC Board of Directors approved a motion at the 2016 fall meeting to implement a registration fee for each additional participant beyond two per TCU.  A registration fee of $150, to help cover the costs of meals provided, will be assessed for participants over 2/TCU. TCUs registering additional participants will receive an electronic invoice upon registration.

The 2019 AIHEC Student Conference will begin on Saturday, March 16 for registration and the student T-shirt exchange only. The Parade of Flags and Opening Ceremony will be on Sunday, March 17 at 8:30 am. We urge all presidents to attend the Student Conference, which will conclude with the Awards Banquet on the evening of Tuesday, March 19. Please note that registering for the AIHEC Board meeting or the Student Conference does not register you for both events. You must register below for the AIHEC Board meeting and separately for the 2018 Student Conference, which is hosted by the Montana, Washington, and Alaska TCUs.
