2019 AIHEC Fall Board of Directors Meeting

The 2019 AIHEC Fall Board of Directors Meeting will be held at the Millennium Minneapolis in Minneapolis, MN on Monday, October 7- Wednesday, October 9. A new board member (TCU President) orientation will take place from 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm on Monday, October 7. The Research and Athletic Committee meet from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Monday, October 7. The Executive Committee will meet from 5:15 pm - 6:30 pm on Monday, October 7. Tuesday, October 8 begins with a breakfast and meeting with NIEA's Executive Committee and is open to all TCU Presidents and guests. Following, is AIHEC's Opening Plenary Session. The remainder of the day consists of committee meetings. The AIHEC Board meeting will convene from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 9. 

The AIHEC BoD Meeting takes place in conjuction with the NIEA Convention and Trade Show. This event takes place Wednesday, October 9 - Saturday, October 12 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Please note:  It is very important to register ALL participants for this meeting. Each TCU may bring up to TWO participants without incurring a registration fee. The AIHEC Board of Directors approved a motion at the 2016 fall meeting to implement a registration fee for each additional participant beyond two per TCU.  A registration fee of $150, to help cover the costs of meals provided, will be assessed for participants over 2/TCU. TCUs registering additional participants will receive an electronic invoice upon registration.
