The Ohio UCC works to provide opportunities for churches to connect with one another, to organizations in their community working toward transformation, and to ministries around the world.  We inspire change by creating collaborative community and offering resources to help ministries grow in the 21st Century.

Annual Gathering Schedule

 

Show Your Support -- Sponsor the Annual Gathering

All Annual Gathering sponsors and exhibitors receive:

  • One-on-one interaction with attendees
  • Your logo on the Annual Gathering Partners website, linking to your organization's site
  • Your organization's logo in print materials and on the scrolling video screen
  • Space on our website for a video, story or testimonial showcasing how your organization works with local churches
  • A sponsor recognition ribbon on your name badge

 

Sponsorships
Premiere Partner - $1000 (No longer available)
We invite you to send a member of your organization to offer a welcome on Saturday morning. Your logo will be prominently included in all conference materials, signage and correspondence, and your organization will be listed as an Annual Gathering Premiere Partner. You’re welcome to bring a logo’d promotional item for each attendee, give away a door prize during the event, and include informational materials with the registration packet. We’ll post three Facebook articles on the Ohio conference Facebook page showcasing how your organization is impacting local churches and a feature story in an upcoming issue of our Connections e-newsletter. This partnership also includes three complimentary registrations to the Annual Gathering and an exhibit table.

Saturday Lunch Sponsor: $1000  (No longer available)
We invite you to have an active role in the lunch. Ways to be engaged include greeting attendees or helping to clear tables. The lunch sponsor is welcome to include a logo’d promotional item at each place setting, or give away a door prize during lunch. We’ll also include a sign with your organization’s logo in the room where lunch is held.  This opportunity also includes a post on the Ohio Conference Facebook page showcasing how your organization is impacting local churches, three complimentary registrations to the Annual Gathering, and an exhibit table.

Young Attendee Scholarship Sponsor: $500  (5 available)       
Help us bring young clergy and lay leadership to the Annual Gathering. This sponsorship includes an exhibit table, verbal recognition during the welcome, and the opportunity to contact the scholarship recipients before and after the Annual Gathering.

Childcare Sponsor: $500
We invite you to help us provide a safe and interactive childcare for attendees’ families. We’ll include your logo on signage at the childcare location, give verbal recognition during the welcome, and include an exhibit table at the Annual Gathering.

Refreshment Break Sponsor: $250 (no longer available)
We invite you to have a representative greet attendees during the refreshment break. You are welcome to hand out a fun promotional or food-related item.  We’ll also include a sign with your organization’s logo at the refreshment table.

Tote Bag Sponsor: $250
We invite you to provide logo’d reusable grocery totes for attendees to use for their materials on-site. The totes can be ones you already have in stock or we can facilitate the design and printing of the totes at cost to your organization.


Annual Gathering Exhibitor

The work of our partners is vital.  Join us at the Annual Gathering and showcase your ministry. We have limited space for exhibits, so sign up today!

  • 1 table and AG registration for 1 exhibitor:  $80 (non-profit),  $120 (business)
  • Additional table*:  $10 (non-profit or business)
    *Second tables will be available only if space is available after all who wish to exhibit have one table.

All exhibitors receive the benefits listed above, plus:

  • A 6-ft table with two chairs and white table cover in a high-traffic area
  • Complimentary wifi access and electricity
  • Recognition in the Annual Gathering on-site program
  • An exhibitor ribbon on your Annual Gathering name badge
  • A short description of your organization on the Ohio Conference website with a link to your site.

You're an attendee, too!  As a registered exhibitor, you have access to attend the full Annual Gathering, including the sessions, lunch and breaks.  We want you to have every opportunity to interact with attendees and build relationships.
