Annual Gathering Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration

God has called us to be good stewards of this beautiful world. In the UCC we have claimed the love of creation as one of our "Three Great Loves." How can Christians and churches move beyond debating science and instead find unity as we embrace God's invitation to treat the earth with care and reverence?

UCC clergy and lay leaders from around Ohio, West Virginia, and northern Kentucky will attend the 2019 Annual Gathering for two days of inspiration and innovation about how we can care for our common ground. 

Featured speakers include Rev. Jim Antal, Rev. Traci Blackmon, Rev. Brooks Berendt, with music by Richard Bruxvoort Colligan.

Sponsorships

Premiere Partner - $1,000  
As Premier Partner, a member of your organization is invited to offer a welcome on Saturday morning. Your logo will be prominently included in all conference materials, signage and correspondence, and your organization will be listed as an Annual Gathering Premiere Partner. You’re welcome to bring a logo’d promotional item for each attendee, give away a door prize during the event, and include informational materials with the registration packet. We’ll post a Facebook article on the Ohio conference Facebook page showcasing how your organization is impacting local churches. This partnership also includes three complimentary registrations to the Annual Gathering and an exhibit table.

Saturday Pastors' Breakfast Sponsor: $1,000                                                       The breakfast sponsor will be given time to welcome attendees prior to breakfast We’ll post a Facebook article on the Ohio conference Facebook page showcasing how your organization is impacting local churches. This partnership also includes three complimentary registrations to the Annual Gathering and an exhibit table.

Saturday Lunch Sponsor: $1,000  
The lunch sponsor will be given time to welcome attendees from the podium prior to lunch. You're also invited to include a logo’d promotional item at each place setting, or give away a door prize during lunch. We’ll include a sign with your organization’s logo in the room where lunch is held.  This opportunity also includes a post on the Ohio Conference Facebook page showcasing how your organization is impacting local churches, three complimentary registrations to the Annual Gathering, and an exhibit table.

Concert Sponsor: $750                                                                                                As the Friday night concert sponsor, your representative will be invited to welcome attendees prior to the concert. Your organization's logo will be included on the concert welcome signage.

Break Sponsor: $500 (2 available)
We invite you to have a representative greet attendees during the refreshment breaks. You are welcome to hand out a fun promotional or food-related item.  We’ll also include a sign with your organization’s logo at the refreshment table.

Childcare Sponsor: $250 
We invite you to help us provide a safe and interactive childcare for attendees’ families. We’ll include your logo on signage at the childcare location and give verbal recognition during the welcome.
