Adobe Connect

You can join the virtual room up to 20 minutes in advance, but we recommend logging on at least 10 minutes early in order to resolve any technical issues before the scheduled start time.

1. On the day of the webinar, click this Adobe Connect link.
2. Enter as a GUEST and type your NAME.
3. Audio will broadcast through your computer speakers.
4. If you prefer to listen to the webinar over the phone, you may call the number provided in the virtual room. All phone lines will be muted during the webinar.

You may need to download and install the Adobe Add-In to participate in this webinar. We strongly recommend connecting via ethernet connection (rather than wi-fi) and closing extraneous applications. Test your connection and pre-install the add-in here.
