PLC will once again be oceanside... at Monterey Tides, located at 2600 Sand Dunes Drive in Monterey CA.
As is our usual practice, preceeding the start of PLC on Tuesday October 15, will be the Dean's Gathering (on Monday-Tuesday, October 14-15) and the Professional Rostered Women's Retreat (on Monday-Tuesday, October 14-15). PLC will begin with dinner on Tuesday, October 15 at 6:00 PM, finishing on Thursday, October 17 (just before lunch).
What do you want or need to know...
About PLC, Deans' or Women's Retreat Registration... register by September 20 to avoid an increase in registration cost.
- PLC Registration covers the PLC program fee and meals (including Tuesday Oct 15 dinner, Wednesday Oct 16 breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Thursday Oct 17 breakfast). The room reservation is made separately. This year, we will begin with an attendee welcome starting at 4:30 PM, with dinner on Tuesday October 15 starting at 6:00 PM.
- Deans' or Women's Retreat registration fee covers program registration and meals (including Monday Oct 14 dinner, Tuesday Oct 15 breakfast and lunch). The room reservation is made separately. Those attending the Dean's or Women's program and PLC will need an extra night's stay on Monday October 14. And -- the Deans' Gathering and the Professional Rostered Women's Retreat will start in the early afternoon on Monday October 14 and complete after lunch or in the early afternoon of Tuesday October 15.
- Room Reservations are made by contacting Monterey Tides at 1-800-242-8627 and using Block Code 1910SPSL to make a room reservation under our reduced room rate block. The limited room block closes September 20, or once the room block is full. After September 20, rooms will be reserved on a space available basis at the prevailing rate.
- Do be sure to check the hotel's cancellation fee. One night's stay will be held as a deposit.
- Block Rates are $155.00 for the Inland View room and $205.00 for the Ocean View room.
- All Rooms are subject to the Resort Fee ($15/per room night) and taxes (11.795% Occupancy Tax and CCFD, plus $2.00 MCTID/per room night). The Resort Fee includes guest WiFi, overnight parking, bottled water (two bottles per room/per day), in-room Starbucks, and any in-room local calls.
- Monterey Tides check-in is 4:00 PM on the day of arrival; check out is 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
