Advancing Your Agency with Promotores/ Community Health Workers 

Goal 

To help community clinics, health centers and city, state, and other agencies throughout the State of California, address health disparities by implementing the promotores model

Objectives

• Learn about the National Promotores de Salud Initiative and what it has to offer
• Gain an understanding of the promotores model
• Find out how to implement a promotores model within your organization
• Hear from existing promotores programs throughout the State of California
• Listen to promotores about their experiences
