Description: SCORE Princeton presents successful entrepreneurs from our local communities to share their success stories, and provides an opportunity for the audience to interact with the entrepreneur in our Q&A session. Karen Ambrose shares her journey of turning her dream into her bakery business.

Presenter Bio: Karen Ambrose is the Owner and Pastry Chef at Sweet Gourmet. Karen taught herself to bake and decorate cakes at the age of 8. After high school, Karen went to Culinary School and went on to work in professional kitchens for a few years before taking a break from kitchen life to focus on her family. Karen opened Sweet Gourmet in January 2017 to fulfill her lifelong dream of owning a bakery. Sweet Gourmet specializes in made to order gourmet desserts.
