Description:  Your competitive advantage differentiates you from the rest of the market. It impacts your market share, brand loyalty and profit. In this workshop you will learn strategies for creating your competitive advantage and examples of companies that used some of those strategies.
Presenter Bio:  Amulya K. Garga is the Chairman of SCORE Princeton and mentors small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. He also mentors business leaders through Everwise. He has developed game-changing technologies ranging from predictive analytics to smart sensors to immersive collaboration and decision support tools. He served in various leadership roles in the defense industry and is currently the President of KAPI Group, a business and technology consulting company.
