Title: Ahead of the Trends: Washington Update on Retirement Savings Initiatives
The Obama administration has identified several concerns with employer sponsored retirement plans and is currently working on solutions. These coming changes will directly affect everyone who works on 401(k) plans including HR professionals. Therefore, it is important for HR professionals to understand what the future of 401k plans might look like so they can stay several steps ahead of participant concerns and help their employer keep their plan competitive and in compliance.
