Join Chapter 92 for our February Lunch Meeting presented by, Peter Colwell, Associate Member.
Want to eliminate obstacles to productivity, achieve desired results for yourself and your team, and have a thriving career? Motivational Speaker Peter Colwell will share lessons learned from his 16+ years in Commercial Real Estate/Property Management that will help us enhance our productivity and increase our ability to overcome obstacles. Peter will walk us through specific strategies to help us THRIVE in any environment and will guide us through his ABC's of Motivation to leave us feeling inspired to "Go the Extra Mile" each and every day!
Peter Colwell is Vice President and Director of Property Management Operations for the Mid-Atlantic Region of JLL - a Fortune 500 Global Real Estate Firm. Peter is responsible for the operations and performance of 40 million square feet of property and approximately 280 employees in the Mid-Atlantic. He focuses on operational excellence, employee career development, and maintaining positive client relationships. Peter is a Certified Trainer of the Dale Carnegie Skills for Success Course, which helps people improve their self-confidence, interpersonal relationships, and leadership ability. In 2017, Peter's Emerging Leaders Program at JLL won a national Real Estate Management Excellence (REME) Award at the IREM Global Summit for being an innovative leadership development program.
