York-Credit Valley Lenten Study    

    Series 2018 

Have you ever wished to deepen your relationship with God?  

To experience a warm friendship with God?      

To fall in love with God -- again -- or for the very first time?

Bishop Jenny will be leading weekly  prayers and reflections based on the SSJE prayer journal, Meeting Jesus in the Gospel of John, on Wednesdays in Lent.  Join her and your deanery colleagues, friends, and neighbours to move through Lent together.

The event is open to the clergy and people in the Etobicoke-Humber and Parkdale West Toronto Deaneries.

The six- week series will be held weekly on Wednesday evenings at St. Olave, Swansea, beginning February 21, 2018.  Each evening will begin with a light supper at 6:30pm ($5 suggested donation per meal); an hour of study at 7pm; and a half-hour compline at 8:30pm.

Meeting Jesus prayer journals will be provided courtesy of the YCV Area Council.

Please register so our host parish will be able to plan for the dinners and compline.
