Breaking Through

Do you feel stuck, finding it challenging to make progress on your life goals? If you can figure out what trips you up and learn how you react to them, you can break free. In this hands-on workshop you’ll discover how and when you get stuck, how to clear the obstacles in your path and fill your toolbox with new resources to help you move forward to achieve what you most want out of life.

Co-taught with Jenny Wiley


Jenny is one of the leaders in the personal development movement in Wichita, and loves connecting through playful activities, from teaching yoga and mindfulness to practicing hula hooping and camping. She is a certified life coach with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), leads a transformational book club for women, teaches workshops and retreats how to tap into the best version of yourself and also works as a camp counselor for an adult summer camp. 

Classes are $35 each and include a workbook, badge and shop local goodie bag.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.

Tickets are nonrefundable; however they are transferable to someone else if you can't make it to class.
