The OSHA 30-Hour class will be held April 17-20 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., each day, at the SES Training Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana (3807 Transportation Drive). The cost is $650.00 per person or $625.00 per person if you register 3 or more people. 

The 30-Hour class is limited to 12 students.  Click on the registration link below to sign-up for the class.  Registration and payment is due one week prior to class.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, but you may send an alternate attendee.
