Lower Midwest Fraternity Exercises 2019 

As Fr. Giussani said: “We come to the Fraternity Exercises in order to revisit the things we always tell each other. Some of them become even more alive in the diversity of our speech. We meet all together because there is nothing, normally, that can help the emotion of the heart or the liveliness of perception of our mind, nothing capable of influence, like a tender, motherly, brotherly, friendly push on our will, more than our coming together.” (Fraternity Exercises, 1992)

Dear Friends,

The Fraternity Exercises are intended for members of the Fraternity of Communion and Liberation.  Members of the Fraternity are called to take participation in these particular gestures seriously.  If you would like to join the Fraternity, here's a link to the application:  Communion and Liberation Fraternity Application.

If you are not a member of the Fraternity, and you have a desire to attend the Fraternity Exercises at Saint Meinrad, please contact Fr. Alex Zenthoefer by email: azenthoefer@evdio.org.

If you are a member of the Fraternity, it is more important than ever that your information is updated on the Fraternity website.  This is the only database of information about Fraternity members and will be used as the way to contact you about important information like the retreats and the Fraternity Exercises each year.  Please ensure your information is up-to-date by logging into the website.  If you have trouble, contact Elisabetta Erickson at clfraternity@humanadventurecorp.org.

We remind you that children are not allowed to participate and everybody is required to sleep at the location where the Exercises take place.

There are single and double occupancy rooms available. The prices are $225 and $170 respectively. A $10 late fee will be added for anyone registering after May 19th.  Registration closes May 26th.
