Financing your business is one of the most important issues facing small businesses today.  Learn about

  • the various sources of funds in the marketplace,
  • the best place to start,
  • what lenders look for when reviewing a lending application and
  • the key ingredients for success when borrowing money.

The workshop will also cover sources of equity and how to use equity as an alternative to borrowing funds.

Presented by: Robert (Rob) Gay

Rob has over 15 years of financial structuring and management experience as a banker and corporate finance specialist, including 8 years in international and emerging markets.

He has lead major financial transactions both as a lender and a corporate borrower. He has acted as a financial advisor to numerous joint ventures and consortiums for acquisitions, international competitive bids, and structuring agreements for developmental stage projects.
