Legal structures shape your journey as a business. Your choice can greatly affect the way you run your business, impacting everything from liability, taxes and  control over the company.

The key is to figure out which structure gives your business the most advantages to help you achieve your organizational and personal financial goals.
This workshop will examine:

  • The five types of business organizations: Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLC, and Corporation (C and S type ); Their advantages and disadvantages.
  • Legal and tax requirements.
  • Application of federal, state and local business regulations.
  • Trademark and copyright protection.
  • Business insurance
