Cash flow issues are one of the biggest challenges small business owners have during a normal environment. Today small businesses face historic challenges and severe financial vulnerability from this COVID-19 pandemic. Cash-flow management is critical now more than ever in this new environment and could be the deciding factor in whether or not a business succeeds or fails. Careful cash flow management allows a business to estimate the amount of cash it will have on hand at any one time and evaluate whether a shortfall or surplus could occur.
This workshop will provide strategies, knowledge and resources to help business owners manage their cash flow during economic uncertainty and emerge from this crisis a survivor.
