Sales Basics

“NO!  That’s all I hear when I try to sell!”  Let SCORE help you turn that around.

So many small business owners do not have a background in sales and find it intimidating and frustrating.  Now is the time to master the fear of rejection and become successful in generating sales.
This practical program will help you learn to develop your sales message; understand and connect with your customers; manage the sales process; handle objections; generate leads and develop strategies to turn your customers into fans and advocates.
