As business owners, it’s critical that you know and understand the financial condition of your company. In this training, participants will learn the elements of the three financial statements and how they show the money coming in and out, the amount of sales revenue, expenses, and debts owed. We will discuss how key performance indicators help you with important business decisions.  The workshop will also highlight the benefits of having an adequate accounting system and how it can help the business owner make strategic decisions like hiring, purchasing, pricing, salaries, leasing office space, and/or funding. We also demonstrate how external users of financial statements make decisions and draw conclusions on the business.
