This year's Lincoln Day Dinner will feature a great defender of the Constitution and Liberty. The Leavenworth County GOP is excited to announce that K. Carl Smith, The Conservative MESSENGER and author of the Frederick Douglass Republicans, will be our special guest speaker.

Members of the national delegation have been invited and many of our Kansas senators and representatives will be in attendance. This will be a great opportunity to celebrate the victories of the 2012 election in Kansas and renew our commitment to the challenges that lie ahead as we look toward 2014.
