WWPR’s Emerging Leaders Awards 

Join us for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres as we honor leading women in public relations, marketing and other related fields.  The Third Annual WWPR Emerging Leaders Awards (ELA) will be held Tuesday, July 17, at 6:30 p.m. at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Six of the area’s most talented young women will be honored for their contributions to the industry. Three of the finalists will be named as winners based on their contributions thus far, and also for their potential to contribute to the industry for years to come, making them truly emerging leaders.

The Emerging Leaders Award is a special accolade for young women active within the communications field, who have made a significant impact on the industry. The award highlights their potential to contribute to the industry for many years to come.

WWPR is honored to have NBC 4's Angie Goff as the keynote speaker for the Emerging Leaders Awards.  Angie is an Emmy award winning broadcast journalist who anchors the morning news for WRC-TV.  Follow Angie on Twitter at @ohmygoff.
