10:30-11:30 Brian Sinotte, CEO UP Health System - A dynamic leader with more than a decade of healthcare management and operational leadership experience, Sinotte has served as CEO of UP Health System - Marquette since August 2016. Prior to his role, Sinotte was CEO of Maria Parham Medical Center (MPMC), a Duke LifePoint Healthcare facility in Henderson, North Carolina. Before MPMC, Sinotte served as CEO of MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island, Illinois. He also has held numerous other leadership positions at hospitals in Indiana, Minnesota, and Virginia.

11:30-12:15 Ray Sharp, Western UP Health Department - As the lead agency in creating the Upper Peninsula Health Needs Assessments report, Ray will share with us the critical information about the state of Health Care in the region.
