Managing People Making Real Change

                    Join us for a 3-part training series on                       managing people for social justice leaders!

The Management Assistance Group is providing a highly interactive training on managing people.  It is tailored to the needs and goals of social justice activists who never aspired to be managers but nonetheless find themselves in that role and handling so much more.

 Learn how to:      

  • Get comfortable with your power as a manager
  • Supervise staff trained to question authority 
  • Unlock the mysteries of managing people well
  • Gain the essentials skills, knowledge, and self-awareness necessary to keep the best and brightest staff
  • Implement what you learn in your day-to-day work through two follow-up sessions 
Dates: The training will consist of a one-day session on May 11th, 9 am - 5 pm, and the two follow-up 3-hour sessions will be on June 8th and July 13th, 9 am -12:30 pm.
