Small Group Coaching and Semi-Private Membership

 

Do you, or someone you know, go to the gym and do the same routine every time or take the same spinning class week after week? Bored with the usual exercises? Walked on the treadmill one too many times? Or do you have a gym membership you don’t even use?

Your body is probably so used to what you are doing that it hasn't changed in months, or longer. The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result. STOP THE INSANITY!

Many of our clients have found super success in our fitness boot camp classes. BUT boot camp is currently female only, is a whole hour and is only offered at 5:30 am. What about the guys, or those not interested in boot camp, or those who are ready for a new, indoor and results oriented challenge?

Ask yourself, "Are you getting results from your exercise routine?"

These new offerings have been the “brain child” of not only what the fitness industry has confirmed as the next step in fitness success BUT also what our clients feedback has revealed that they want...shorter, smaller, group-oriented, co-ed and indoor workouts. In addition, both my husband and I had been involved in the fitness for many years; as club members and most recently as owners. We became increasingly frustrated at the poor standards in our industry. Quite simply we became sick and tired of clubs where sales numbers were more important than member results, personal training standards were ridiculously poor and good training programs and qualified instruction were almost impossible to find. We set out to create the solution here in Milwaukee.
 
So, are you ready for something different? At Achieve Personal Fitness, Inc. (formerly A-List Fitness, Inc.) we strive to be on the cutting edge and bring the hottest fitness trends in North America to Milwaukee. Achieve is excited to announce our new Small Group Coaching membership. It seems so new, yet this type of fitness has been around for over 150 years. How do we explain it? Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics - somewhere between is our small group coaching, the new concept offered at our indoor facility (4170 North Port Washington Rd. Glendale, 53212). Get the benefits of both. Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change. This is NOT boot camp. This new concept is set-up in small group-class format with certified instructors using tools including Kettlebells, ropes, tires, medicine balls, TRX and lots of other effective equipment. It is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going. There is absolutely no way to describe this workout without inviting you to try it. Trust the process, it works!
 
Starting November 2010, we are so pleased to offer you Small Group (November 2010) and Semi-Private (December 2010) training membership options.
