Monday 15th November 2010 marks the opening of Marja's Dumpling Academy at the newly-opened "2nd floor on Clinton" on the Lower East Side.
Once a month the academy will play host to a series of hands on cooking classes. Delish delicacies will be paired with tempting concotions.
Your "professors" will include Marja the Dumpling Diva supported by a team of leading experts in various culinary and related fields.
The intimate "2nd Floor on Clinton" is the venue for these events, providing a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
This Monday Marja is joined by leading expert,Sake Somelier and importer Hiromi Iuchi, top in her field with an uncanny talent for unlocking mysteries, excitement and the subtleties of Sake.
