Please join us for a two day advanced workshop on Advanced Collaborative Negotiation Skills to Start and Keep the Process Going with internationally renowned, award winning collaborative professional, mediator, author and presenter Forrest "Woody" Mosten

Forrest "Woody" Mosten is a collaborative attorney (CFLS) and mediator in Los Angeles who handles matters involving substantial assets and high conflict.  Woody is a prolific author on Collaborative Practice and Mediation.  He is Past Chair of the Mediation Committee for LACBA's Family Law Section, served on the California State Bar ADR Taskforce, and is the LACBA Symposium author of "Representing Clients in Mediation."  Woody is the recipient of the ABA Lawyer as Problem Solver Award and Lifetime Award for Legal Access, the Los Angeles County Bar Conflict Prevention Award, and was named Peacemaker of the Year by the Southern California Mediation Association.  He is the Guest Editor of Family Court Review's Special Issue on Collaborative Practice and he keynotes conferences and conducts trainings for Collaborative Professionals worldwide.  Woody is a member of the faculty at UCLA Scool of Law.

Woody has also handled many high profile collaborative divorces including Roy Disney and Russel Crowe.

  • Understanding techniques through role plays and "try to stump the presenter"
