B.Y.O.B. Walk at Lakes Park

That's BREAKFAST for all you with other ideas!  

Meet at Lakes Park on Saturday January 29th at 9am for a FREE Bring Your Own Breakfast Group Walk. First, we will do some of my world famous full body warm-ups followed by a Nordic Walk to fit all levels of speed.  After our walk, at 10am, we will grab a shelter, sit down, schmooze and have our breakfast (If you bring a donut, you have to walk faster and farther!). Please register so I have enough coffee and tea.
