Course Description:
Excel 2007 has a brand new look from 2003. This course will introduce you to the new version and teach you everything from basic to intermediate. Students will learn how and why you use a spreadsheet, how to create and modify worksheets, and how to work with advanced formatting techniques in this powerful application. Ready made templates will be available on CD along with additional tutorials, reference material and exercise files.

Module A: In the first part of this course students will learn the basic functions of Microsoft 2007 Excel. They will learn how to format and edit cells and how to create a worksheet with built-in functions that will help them enter data and set up computations. Students will also learn how to enter formulas into the cells of a worksheet and how to identify different data types used in the application.
Module B: In the second part of this course students will learn how to manipulate various templates (real estate-related) so that they can better manage their business life.
Prior to the class, registered students will be given exercise files and templates that will be used in the class.
