- Charity - SOS Children's Villages
- SOS Children's Village Coconut Creek has been open since 1993. The village offers a safe and supportive environment to more than 70 abused, abandon or neglected children living in 12 single-family homes on a tree lined community in Coconut Creek. At SOS these children can be reunited and grow up with their siblings who are often separated in the foster care system and can settle into a home like environment where they can receive professional counseling and support services needed to heal emotionally and physically and catch up educationally as they prepare to overcome the obstacles facing their future.
