Morning Session "Google Part I - The What" - 3 CEs

The overall objective of this course will be to use Google to improve your visibility in the marketplace, drastically slash marketing costs, and better communicate with potential homebuyers using free online software (provided by Google).

   

 This course will teach you the Google features that will enable you to:

• Drive Leads to Your Business

• Get Creative in the Marketplace
• Stay Up-to-Date in Your Area of Expertise

 Our last module will cover QR Codes

You’re starting to see them everywhere.  In this module students will learn about QR Codes (QR - “Quick Response”), which can link to (a) an agent’s website, (b) a video hosted on a website, or (c) a website with more information.  The benefit to an agent? You can place a QR-code on your real estate signs.  A potential buyer drives down the street and sees the home the agent has listed and wants more info.  No problem.  They can use their cell phone, scan the code that is linked to a virtual tour and they can view it instantly.

You can register at the bottom of the page for just this class.  However, it's highly recommended that you take Part II so that you can touch and feel what you have learned in Part I.

Afternoon Session - Part II – “The How”

1:30PM-4:45PM

When it comes to Google, accurate and reliable online help is hard to find, and in some cases non-existent.  If you try to purchase a book on this topic it's out of date before it goes to print.  This is the reason that we have created this Google Hands-on Workshop to address this issue and provide you with up-to-date knowledge and instruction. 

Students are encouraged to bring their laptops along with 4-6 photos they have permission to use.  During class students will follow step-by-step with the instructor to learn the most important applications specific to a real estate professional.   Agents will be provided with a Step-by-Step Student Guide for use in the classroom and after the class.   This guide, like this workshop, will mainly focus on Google Maps, YouTube, and Picasa. If you do not yet have a YouTube channel, you will by the time you leave this class!
