Join us Tuesday 11th January for the third in our series of cooking seminars at Marja's Dumpling Academy, as we turn the 2nd floor into an apres ski warming house.
 
This Tuesday Marja is joined by Armagnac expert  and ski fanatic wine somelier Chantal Ducler, courtesy of Baron Francois.
 
Together they'll be showing us tricks & tips on how to warm up after a day out on the slopes or any cold chilly New York day. (Hmmm - sounds like something we'd love to know about in this weather!)
 
Kick your evening off with a punch and a nibble, enjoy an introduction to wines of south west France and  Armagnac and how it's drunk and mixed by ski bunnies fresh off the slopes.
 
Then roll up your Ralph Lauren cabble-knit sweaters and get dumplinging with Marja as she treats us to her Alpine inspired treats including the "Fondue Dumpling"!  Meanwhile Chantal will teach us some tricks on wine pairing and introduce you to the double diamond Devil - Chantal's very own apres ski cocktail!

Sip cocktails, savor dumplings, hear from the experts -  and get to make your very own! - Leave with a cocktail and a dumpling recipe and the know how to create the perfect warming house at home!
