Cancellation Policy

We realize things come up, and we try to be as accomodating as possible, but in interest of our teachers, manufactures, and our venue we have to have some firm dates.

Full refund until July 1st

75% Refund until August 1st

50% Refund until Septemeber 15th.

Your refund will be issued in the way you paid if with in 30 days of purchase, if outside of 30 days, your refund will be issued as a check. Please allow up to 10 business days to process cancellations.

Package Prices
There are several Packages being offered. All packages include the $599.99 craft fee + hotel and tax. The hotel rate through the packages include a greater discount than if you book your hotel seperatly. (You wil need to provide a credit card upon check in for  incidentals.)

The first group of choices include the craft event fee + King hotel room and tax.
   
  CEF+ 4 nights of hotel in a single/double occupancy room.     $1089.99            
  CEF+ 5 nights of hotel in a single/double occupancy room.    $1,213.99        
  CEF+ 6 nights of hotel in a single/double occupancy room.$1,336.99      
  CEF+ 7 nights of hotel in a single/double occupancy room.  $1,459.99  

This group of choices includes the craft event fee(599.99) + 1/2 of the hotel fee. If you choose this option, you must sign up with another person to cover the other 1/2 of the hotel fee.

  CEF+5 nights hotel/double occupancy $899.99 
  CEF+6 nights hotel/double occupancy $967.99  
  CEF+7 nights hotel/double occupancy $1029.99

 This group of choices includes the craft event fee(599.99) + 1/3 of the hotel fee. If you choose this option, you must sign up with 2 other people to cover the other 2/3 of the hotel fee.

* limited availability based on interest, booth people must send me an email agreeing to share a room.


Come to Create! Enjoy 10 outstanding classes from the crafting world's leading manufactures, learn new techniques, shop the OMC warehouse sale, win prizes, re-connect with old friends and make new ones! This event offers a variety of FUN classes ranging from Cardmaking, Albums, Home Decor and more!

Registration includes: 2 meals a day + 2 dinners, entrance to all 10 classes plus extra pre-events, traveling to OMC facilities,  goodies and more for only $599.99*!

Tentative Schedule:

(in order to keep class sizes between 25-45 people, we will break everyone into groups that rotate through all the classes)

Wednesday:

  • 9pm-10:30 am Registration
  • 11am-4pm  (The busses will leave the hotel around 11am!) Tour OMC, OMC Vinyl Class with Sandy and Warehouse Super Sale!
  • 7:30 -10pm Event Welcome Dinner

Thursday

  • Breakfast 6 am - 8 am
  • Class A 8:30 am - 11:30 am
  • Lunch 11:45 am  - 12:45 pm
  • Class B  1 pm - 4 pm
  • Class C 4 pm - 7 pm
  • Dinner (on your own)

Friday

  • Breakfast 6 am - 8 am
  • Class D  9 am - 12 pm
  • Lunch 12 pm - 2pm
  • Class E - 2pm - 5 pm
  • Dinner (on your own) 5 pm - 7:30 pm
  • Class F - 8 pm - 11 pm

Saturday

  • Breakfast 6 am - 8 am
  • Class  G-  8:30 am - 11:30 am
  • Lunch 11:45 am - 12:45 pm
  • Class H -  1 pm - 4 pm
  • Class I -  4 pm  - 7 pm
  • Closing Dinner and prizes 8 pm - 10 pm

Referral Program

Every person* you refer to the event, that registers and attends the event (they must write your name in the referral spot during registration, and attend the event), you will receive a $25 gift card for use during the event. How sweet is that! So, invite your friends and let them know when they sign up to include your name in the referral blank! Then at the event we will give you a gift card  to shop at the warehouse sale and on-site store!! The only restrictions to the referral program are:1. This program is valid from 2.3.11- 8.1.11, and you can get credit for up to 15 referrals!

*Each person can only write 1 name in the referral line. Each person can only be referred by 1 person.
