TEDxManhattan “Changing the Way We Eat” will take place February 12, 2011, in New York City.  The one-day event will highlight several aspects of the sustainable food movement and the work being done to shift our food system from industrially-based agriculture to one in which healthy, nutritious food is accessible to all.

THE FOODSHED will stream the entire all-day conference at the Cornell Cooperative Extension office in Oriskany. We'll provide breakfast at 10am, as well as lunch and a mid-afternoon snack. Come meet local food advocates, farmers and other like-minded people in the community making a difference in our region's food and farming system.
