This class covers the reasons for the Oregon Wood Stove Law and various impacts it has on homeowners and sellers. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.

*FULL* 1 - 4 pm Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) (3 Oregon CE), Linda Forbes, Superior Schools, Rooms D138-D140. This course meets the new Oregon Legislative rules requiring all licensees to take a three-hour Law and Rule Revision Course on the most current legislative actions affecting licensed real estate agents. Also included are learning examples from administrative actions. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.

4 - 6 pm Reception for Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® 100 year anniversary. The reception will feature a no host bar, live music, hors d’ oeuvres, cake cutting, and a sparkling wine toast. Pre-register for the reception and be entered to win one of two grand prizes - 2012 Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® dues (open only to active Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® members) or one year of RMLS™ dues. Must be pre-registered and present to win either grand prize. One prize per person.
