We are pleased to announce The Central New York Inclusion Post Conference Series, which serves as a supplement to The Central New York Inclusion Conference (CNYIC) held in the fall of 2010.  Throughout this series, local and global thought leaders will be invited to our community to share; innovative best practices, business case studies, workshops, and other relevant topics around the inclusion and diversity life cycle.  These follow up events will provide attendees with practical tools and outcomes that can be applied within any organization.     

On Wednesday, May 25th, two distinguished Le Moyne alumni, Phil Harlow (pictured top left) Chief Diversity Officer and Director of Labor Relations, Xerox Corporation; and Michael Davis (pictured bottom left) Co-Founder of Global i365 will deliver a compelling combination of interactive workshop and business case discussion on Cultural Competence and Unconscious Bias in the workplace.  This program is being hosted by Le Moyne College and a part of the OneLeMoyne strategic initiative on Diversity.
