Brand Summit: The Why, How, and When of Family Business Brands 

Kae Groshong Wagner, President of North Star Marketing, will explain why brand matters and the value of family businesses knowing and capitalizing on their brand, detailing the importance of “branding inside,” or making brand champions of your employees. She will share expertise on web marketing to build brand as well as signs that it might be time to re-brand.

Garden Center COO Jere Stauffer and Director of Marketing and Branding Debi Drescher will walk you through the re-branding of Center member Stauffers of Kissel Hill, which began being discussed in 2002, was implemented in 2006, and continues in roll out across their eight PA locations today.

They will discuss the entire re-branding process, including plain talk about what they would do differently and why.

Family businesses who have not yet attended a session may attend as guests of members, corporate partners, or the Center.
