Poster Session Information

AUVSI Atlanta has decided to offer poster sessions at the conference.  Poster sessions will be presented during a catered lunch for conference attendees.  This is an excellent opportunity for small agricultural businesses to market their efforts to technology organizations in Georgia.  Poster titles and abstracts must be submitted by 1 Sept 2011 for acceptance.  Please submit abstracts to auvsiatlantachapter@gmail.com.

If your abstract is accepted, the cost is $70 (included with a student registration) and an updated and more convenient format for poster sessions is outlined below.

FORMAT: Each poster presenter will be given 10 minutes during the lunch break to address the conference attendees at a catered lunch. Authors can use 3 to 6 PowerPoint slides mounted to the poster board with tacks or glue, but the best poster papers are colorful, with large type, and eye-catching graphics.
