Conference Highlights

Conference attendees have an excellent opportunity to meet with top industry service providers in the Expo, which is open during all meals and receptions. Come see how these companies’ products and services can benefit you and your organization.  Participate in our exciting Disney-themed game, and you’ll be eligible to win great prizes throughout the conference.

For the first time, the CCWC is happy to present the Opening General Session and Welcome Reception. The reception offers the perfect opportunity to mingle over refreshments with fellow attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. Thursday’s reception will provide yet another excellent opportunity to network with peers and industry insiders.

Back by popular demand, the CCWC will once again feature Roundtable Discussions with industry experts on Wednesday, July 20 and Thursday, July 21.  These forums will be based on the day’s sessions and offer an opportunity for conference attendees to engage in deeper discussions with presenters, peers, sponsors, and exhibitors.  This year, we’ve included more value by adding a second Roundtable Discussion on Wednesday afternoon.
