 Join Executive Chef Britt Markle in Shoreline Grill's private dining room for an intimate five-course meal featuring everything from Wagyu steak to
the freshest sustainable seafood available. A native Texan, Markle began his career at the California Culinary Academy and gained an in-depth knowledge
of seafood and sushi at San Francisco’s Tsunami and Aqua, one of the Bay Area’s most beloved seafood eateries. His Austin experience includes positions
in the kitchens of the Four Seasons and Uchi. At Shoreline, he has become known for his creativity and his
commitment to using the freshest, sustainably caught seafood available.

with avocado, chervil, harissa, garlic chips

Heirloom Salad

heirloom tomatoes, burrata, purslane, shitake bacon, sherry vinaigrette

with roasted shallots, grilled endive, dandelion greens, sun dried tomato relish

Gulf Redfish

with fennel, celery, parsnips, red grapes, yellow curry
