NIGHT OF SUPERSTARS: Dallas 2011
 
Night of Superstars is a formal red carpet charity event held to recognize extraordinary kids who are affected by varying types of disabling conditions and have overcome great adversity.  Our mission is to honor these kids for their accomplishments and encourage them to continue down this path of excellence!  And what better way to do that than to recognize them for the Superstars they truly are?!Please take a moment to view our 2-minute promo video:

The event is formatted much like "Night at the Oscars" but our these kids are the honored celebrities.  Each of our Superstars was nominated for this award by either his or her teacher, counselor, coach, etc.

The day of the event, they get pampered at a salon (hair/make-up/nails), dressed in formal attire, then driven by limo to the Winspear Opera House (AT&T Performing Arts Center).  Once they arrive, they are escorted down the red carpet by guest celebrities from the TV/Film, Radio/Music and Sports industries.  As they progress down the red carpet, our 800+ guests cheer them on, asking for the kids' autographs and pictures!  Several TV stations and local publications are on site to interview the kids and our guests. 

Following the red carpet event is an awards ceremony where each of our Superstars is recognized for his or her accomplishments and receives an award.  After the awards ceremony, the kids and their parents return to their complimentary hotel rooms for a weekend "staycation" and the guests move on to our Celebrity/Sponsor Post Reception for great food/drink & entertainment at ALOFT Hotel (downtown Dallas)!
