As the first of a first, Musically Minded Academy introduces its incarnation of what will become a longstanding Bay Area fixture: Summer 2011 Faculty Concert Series, with additional dates scheduled for August 7th and August 21st.
Hosted at Musically Minded Academy's Rockridge facility, this series is meant to feature the talent of the very teachers on our faculty as well as inspire the fruits and labors of music education throughout Bay Area communities.

He has performed at: WAMU Theatre @ Madison Square Garden w/ Cirque du Soleil, The Monterey Jazz Festival with Billy Childs and Bob Sheppard; Vancouver International Jazz Festival with Mike Zilber; Barbados International Jazz Festival with Wild Mango; JVC Jazz Festival with Rebecca Parris; BumberShoot Festival with Kai Eckhardt and Kit Walker; and Yoshi's San Francisco with Kenny Werner and Betty Buckley.
Ollie Dudeck is a San Francisco native who plays swing, blues, bebop, Afro Cuban and Classical music with many Bay Area musicians including Nick Culp Trio, Bob Brumbalo, Surya Patri, Gary Zellerbach Trio, Full Count Trio, Phoenix Tro, Belinda Blair, Rhonda Goldman, Jerret Cherner, The Swinging Natives and many others.
Has a long career as a traveling jazz musician. He opened for Sly Stone in Phoenix Arizona in the early 1970's. Tim has played with many bay area greats through the past 10 years.
