Event Registration Details

Since it began in 2008, the Chicago eLearning & Technology Showcase has earned the enthusiastic praise of attendees and presenters alike. The Showcase provides a full day of presentations on all aspects of elearning—instructional design, development tools, media resources, virtual classrooms, social and interactive applications, mobile learning, rapid elearning, and more.

Registration Cost*

*Registration cost includes light breakfast, coffee, breaks, and lunch.
**Alliance includes Chicago Association for Psychological Type; Chicago Coach Federation; National Speakers Association, IL; Organization Development Network, Chicago Chapter; and Chicago Organization Development Institute Chapter.

To pay via credit card or debit card, choose PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account.

If you try to register and get the message that the registration limit has been reached, email registration@chicagoelearningshowcase.com with the subject "wait list request" and your name. If any spots become available, we will notify people on the wait list in the order in which their requests were received.

Payment

Payment is due upon registration.

Preferred Payment Method

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, which also allows you to pay via debit card or credit card without a PayPal account.

Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal Payments

To pay via credit card, debit card, or PayPal funds, select PayPal on the registration form. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card or debit card. These payments will be processed by one of our host chapters; you will see the name Chicago Intl Society for Performance Improvement on the payment form.

Corporate Check Payments

Because all check payments must clear our bank at least one week before the event, we are no longer offering new registrants the option to pay by check. For more information, see our check policy below. If you have questions or concerns, contact registration@chicagoelearningshowcase.com.

Check Payment Policy
You must enclose a printout of your registration confirmation email along with your corporate check. Your spot at the Showcase will not be guaranteed until your check has been processed. All check payments must clear our bank at least one week before the event. Therefore, we recommend that all checks be mailed no later than August 2. Do not assume that your registration is complete until you receive a notice that your check payment has been accepted.

Refund Policy

If after your payment has been received and processed, you are no longer able to attend the Showcase, send an email with your name, email address, and the subject "Refund Request" to registration@chicagoelearningshowcase.com. If your spot is filled by someone on our wait list, we will refund your payment, less a $5.00 processing fee, via PayPal (including debit and credit card payments) or check. Wait list refunds are on a first-come, first-served basis, depending upon the date your email is received.
