July 25th Employee Wellness Seminar:

Relaxation with Qigong & Benefits of Massage 

As we prepare for the new school session, learn techniques to reduce stress from Certified Wellness Coach, Qigong Instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist, Steve Zimcosky.  Steve hosts Tai Chi & Qigong classes and also provides relaxation and Thai Massage services at CWRU's 121 Fitness Center.

Tai ChiAccording to the Qigong Research and Practice Center, Qigong (chee gung) is the Chinese philosophy and practice of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and medication to cleanse, strengthen and circulate the life energy (qi). Qigong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind.
