As our nation and state continue to recover from this recession, governments of all sizes are looking for ways to maintain high quality services to their residents. Instead of using that worn out saying “do more with less” we want to change the conversation to “do more better.” And to not just be a lot of talk, we also want to provide some information and tools to help our governments to just that so we can maintain the high quality of life we have come to expect in Wisconsin.

At this conference, you'll learn about tools and principles to improve quality, cost effectiveness, service delivery and responsiveness to the public. Although many of these principles originated in manufacturing, the tools have been successfully applied in organizations across all sectors, including the government.
