Success for LGBT workplace equality relies on having strong allies. The Ally Empowerment Event is designed to train you and straight allies on the roles these allies can play in companies and LGBT employee resource groups. This event is especially helpful for executive sponsors, human resource and diversity professionals, and ERG members, both LGBT and non-LGBT alike. Dr. Hall's presentation will help provide understanding on how we can create inclusive workplaces. The event also includes a panel of executive allies, who will share their stories and experiences as strong advocates for LGBT workplace equality.
