A Summer Feast-New Southern Style
The Marinara Enterprises along with The Tobacco Company Restaurant are excited to announce this special dinner to be hosted at The Tobacco Company Restaurant on Sunday, August 28th. The meal will feature the work of up-and-coming chef, Jason Von Moll, who will use the influences of his childhood and time in Charleston to present a fantastic variety of dishes that will excite even the most casual diner.

Served family style with buttermilk biscuits & ho’cakes
Salad
Fresh spinach with strawberry & cucumber salsa topped with sugar cane basil vinaigrette.
Succotash
Fresh corn, lima beans, onion and sundried tomatoes.
Greens
Fresh picked collard greens braised with ham hock, malt vinegar and hot sauce.
Sweet Potatoes
Roasted sweet potatoes, red onion, candied pecans, sundried cranberries.

Fries
Hand cut fries dressed with malt vinegar and topped with bleu cheese and scallions.
Whipped Potatoes
Spring onion whipped potatoes.
Pork Belly
Cheerwine braised, crispy pork belly.
Chicken
Buttermilk fried chicken with a spicy honey butter glaze.
Meatloaf
Coca Cola BBQ glazed, bacon, bleu cheese meatloaf.
Pie
Chocolate, bacon, pecan pie with sweet bourbon whiskey foam.
The cost of the meal (food, soft drink, tax and tip) will be $50 a person. There will be a cash bar, and the Tobacco Company will be featuring their summer signature cocktails as part of the evening.
