CWRU Employee Wellness presents "Farm to Fork" - a groundbreaking company-wide initiative from Bon Appetit to buy locally. This supports true family farms where the owners live on or nearby the land. Healthier communities and customers come from foods prepared and served within 48 hours of harvest.
Bon Appetit Chef Robbie Washington will team up with Chris Bond, Horticulturist from the CWRU Farm to discuss the benefits of buying local and to demonstrate delicious recipes using CWRU Farm food. Of course, samples will be provided!
